Rock star Billy Joel waves Wednesday, March 25, 1981 as he enters car after leaving U.S. District Court in Brooklyn where he testified at the trial of Sam Goody Inc. and its top executives. The music store chain and some of its officers are charged with knowingly selling counterfeit tapes recordings of top artist to unsuspecting customers.
