Boy Bands Unite: *NSYNC’s Joey Fatone Joins 98 Degrees Onstage

By Annie Reuter

98 Degrees is in the midst of their My2k Tour with O-Town, Dream and Ryan Cabrera and during a recent tour stop in West Palm Beach, Florida Saturday evening (July 16), the boy band joined forces with *NSYNC’s Joey Fatone for a performance of “Bye Bye Bye.”

The Florida audience erupted in screams when Fatone was introduced and ran out in an outfit that matched the ones 98 Degrees were wearing—camouflage pants and a black vest. Fatone immediately began singing his 2000 hit as a video screen in the background broadcast one of *NSYNC’s previous live performances of the song from the early ’00s.

With five microphones on stage, 98 Degrees assisted Fatone on the chorus and pulled off some of those infamous dance moves. Watch it all unfold below.

98 Degrees bring their tour to Nashville, TN tonight (July 19). The My2k Tour runs through Aug. 29 in San Francisco.
