Donald Trump has promised to make America great again, and perhaps one way he plans to fulfill that goal is by calling upon Canadian band Nickelback, since he doesn’t plan on building a wall between the U.S. and Canada.
While there’s no evidence that Trump likes Nickelback, one cheeky attendee at the Republican presidential candidate’s Jan. 8 rally in South Carolina brought a sign that claimed as much.
Seen at the bottom middle of the shot, the sign reads “Trump Likes Nickelback,” with the last word spray painted in red.
Nickelback, of course, has been the butt of many jokes regarding their music and fandom. As for this particular joke, it’s also been used against Texas Sen. Ted Cruz.
