The Fourth Season of Game Of Thrones premieres April 6 on HBO, meaning the same phrase fans have been repeating since June 9, 2013 at 9:59PM will continue to be heard for roughly another 17 days: “It can’t come soon enough.”
The New York City premiere was held Tuesday (March 18) at Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall and Scott Shannon in the Morning entertainment reporter Brad Blanks was on the red carpet. Blanks spoke with one of the show’s favorite stars, Peter Dinklage — who plays always wine drunk, former Hand of the King, now permanently scarred Tyrion Lannister — and asked him about the evolution of not just his character, but the entire cast.
“One of my favorite things about this character, and about all the characters on this show, is they change,” says Dinklage. “All the characters go through so many different changes, and situations, and relationships.”
