Today is a special day for fellow dog lovers, it’s Take Your Dog to Work Day, founded to promote pet adoption in a positive and proactive way!

Studies show that having pets in the workplace creates a more productive environment, helps to lower stress and can even lower blood pressure levels during the day

If you are planning to take your dog to work, the American Kennel Club suggests to:

• Make sure your office is pet-proof
• Only take well-trained and housebroken dogs to work with you
• Make sure you bring the necessities your dog needs with you like food and water bowls, quiet chew toys, treats, clean up bags and a leash.
