“It’s looking good,” a representative for Young told Rolling Stone. Neil also shared the news over the weekend at the Slamdance Film Festival where he premiered Neil Young Journeys, the documentary which chronicled the musician’s solo gig at Toronto’s Massey Hall in May 2011.
The video is titled “Horse Back,” and dates the recording as January 6, 2012 at Audio Casa Blanca. Engineering and mixing is credited to John Hanlon, with assistance by Mark Humphreys and John Hausmann. Video credit is given to Ben Johnson.
If there was any speculation whether or not Neil was apart of the jam session, they were answered by Crazy Horse drummer Ralph Molina on his Facebook page when he answered fans with this response:
“Yes!”
