The Who have announced that their classic 1973 rock opera Quadrophenia is finally getting the deluxe back-catalog treatment and Pete Townshend is ready to to celebrate. Pete revealed that he had been overseeing work on Quadrophenia: The Director’s Cut, which will be released this coming Tuesday, November 14 and will include previously unheard demos, an exclusive eight-track 5.1 Sound DVD, a deluxe hard-back book, previously unseen personal notes, photographs, and other memorabilia. The album will also be re-released in double vinyl, 2-disc digi-pak and digital versions.
