Mick Jagger Will Make a Cameo in Adam Levine’s Video for ‘Moves Like Jagger’

Note to self: If you want to hang out with legendary rock stars, write a song about them.

That was the plan for [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Maroon 5[/lastfm] frontman and The Voice judge [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Adam Levine [/lastfm] when he wrote his ode to [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Mick Jagger[/lastfm], fittingly titled “Moves Like Jagger.” Levine will begin shooting the music video for the song, who will be joined by his fellow Voice coach [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Christina Aguilera[/lastfm], and will feature a cameo from the [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Rolling Stones[/lastfm] frontman.

Levine announced on Twitter yesterday that he will begin shooting the music video for “Moves Like Jagger” today.

Making a video for #moveslikejagger with @TheRealXtina tomorrow! And the legendary Jonas Akerlund is directing!—

The extent of Jagger’s involvement isn’t known, but considering Mick is the inspiration for the song, his presence in the video should be as epic as his moves on stage.
