What great news to share this morning, we are told that Clarence Clemons is making a “miracle” recovery from a massive stroke!
His condition was pretty bad this time yesterday, so the news really is nothing short of a miracle!
The beloved saxophonist for [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Bruce Springsteen[/lastfm]‘s E Street Band has undergone two brain surgeries since suffering the stroke at his Florida home over the weekend.
“Yesterday, it did not look good at all,” a friend of the Big Man told a Springsteen fan site.
“Miracles are happening, his vital signs are improving. He’s responsive. His eyes are welling up when we’re talking to him.”
Clemons was initially paralyzed on his left side, but is starting to regain some feeling. The next five days will be critical in his recovery and will determine if he will ever play his saxophone again.
