As reported a few days ago, Pink Floyd’s David Gilmour joined former Floyd member, Roger Waters, for a one-off performance of “Comfortably Numb” during The Wall’s tour stop in London’s 02 Arena. Unfortunately, the only video available for the rest of us to see included grainy cell phone footage or shaky hand-held camcorders with distracting crowd chatter. That was, until now.
If you didn’t get a chance to see The 30th Anniversary of The Wall, you missed out on not only a musical performance but an extraordinary theatrical production.
Until Waters releases an official DVD, this is the next best thing to re-living one of the greatest concert experiences of a lifetime. Oh and then there’s [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]David Gilmour[/lastfm] playing guitar in this video, too.
