Legendary comedian Don Rickles just celebrated his 85th birthday and took a few minutes to talk to Broadway Bill Lee!
He has a big show coming up at the NYCB Theater at Westbury that you shouldn’t miss!

Don will bring his standup to the NYCB Theater Saturday, May 21st with [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Tony Orlando[/lastfm] also on the bill!

Don was born in Queens, grew up in Jackson Heights and is widely considered one of the best insult comics of all-time!
He was very close with [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Frank Sinatra[/lastfm], who helped him get big gigs in his early days (and you can hear more about their friendship in the interview!).
His first time on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson was 1965 and appeared over 100 times in the Carson era! He also voiced Mr. Potato Head in Toy Story 3.
