Olivia Harrison, widow of the late [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]George Harrison[/lastfm], has authorized the publishing of Living In the Material World: George Harrison. The new George Harrison biography will be released sometime this fall.

Harrison fans will note the book has the same title as his 1973 album. The Examiner reports the book is a companion to a forthcoming Martin Scorsese documentary on Harrison.

What’s between the covers? The book includes new recollections from [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Paul McCartney[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Ringo Starr [/lastfm] as well as  Eric Idle and Terry Gilliam (members of Monty Python’s Flying Circus) and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Eric Clapton[/lastfm]. It will also include personal letters and photographs from Harrison’s personal archives.
