That's why we started here because we knew we'd get a good start off." credit="Mick Jones"]After 22 years, [lastfm]Big Audio Dynamite[/lastfm] reassembled in Liverpool and ripped through a 13 song set full of fan favorites.  [lastfm]Mick Jones[/lastfm] joined up with his post-[lastfm]Clash[/lastfm] band for the opening night gig of a nine-date European tour which will be followed up by a small helping of US dates including a stop at the Coachella Music and Arts Festival this weekend.

The band opened up their show with the classic “Medicine Show” followed by favorites such as “The Bottom Line,” “Just Play Music,” ” E=MC2″ and “V13.”  The band rocked through its set before closing the night out with the song “Rush.”

After the show Mick Jones spoke on why they chose Liverpool to open up their tour, “After London, it’s our second home. They love us here and we love them. That’s why we started here because we knew we’d get a good start off.”
