The iPad 2 is finally here but Apple has added some last minute changes…The new iPads will be in stores this afternoon but went on sale at Apple.com at 4am this morning.
The iPad 2 is available for purchase in Apple stores starting at 5pm, as well as AT&T, Best Buy, Target, Verizon, and Walmart.
Anyone who buys an iPad 2 at an Apple retail store will get free Personal Setup service, which includes help with setting up e-mail and apps.
Ordering online comes with free shipping and free iPad engraving through the Apple website. Early complaints say that the iPad 2 doesn’t have the same retina screen of the iPhone 4, plus it doesn’t use the same virtually indestructible glass display.
Cost of the iPad 2 ranges from $499 to $829.
