The format is more associated with pre-’50s stars such as Bing Crosby and Benny Goodman. But for the super-elite collector, the idea of special singles pairing “Good Vibrations” and “Heroes and Villains,” in both regular and alternate takes, has to rank with the rarest of Beach Boys rarities.
