Doctors have ordered [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Aretha Franklin[/lastfm] to cancel any concert and appearance she has scheduled for the next six months after her recent hospitalization.

Aretha was released from Detroit’s Sinai-Grace Hospital last Saturday after being treated for a undisclosed medical condition.  Now it seems that her Doctors have ordered her to cancel all concerts and any appearances she may have had scheduled for the next six months.

If you had plans to see Aretha Franklin next February at Radio City Music Hall, from the sounds of it, you probably won’t.  If her doctor’s orders are correct, you can expect to wait until at least until May 2011 to see Aretha Franklin on stage or at an event!
