Those ladies over at The View better watch their backs… there’s a new “View” coming to CBS and it’s got Sharon Osbourne on the team!

This fall, an LA-based daily talk show, lead by former Roseanne actress Sara Gilbert, will replace CBS’ daytime soap opera As the World Turns which goes off the air in September after a 54 year run on the tube.

The still-untitled, hour long whaaargaarrrblll will also feature Early Show host Julie Chen, Ozzy‘s wife Sharon Osbourne, former actress Holly Robinson-Peete, Leah Remini from King of Queens and Tony winner Marissa Jaret-Winokur.

The ladies will look at current issues through the eyes of mothers (even if one of them is a mother who married the Prince of Darkness) and will “swap stories, challenge each other on issues and engage the studio audience and viewers at home” according to a press release issued last Wednesday.

The cast will also interview celebrities in-studio and feature footage of themselves at home and out on the street.
